As with any fine jewelry, there is some care that should be taken with our rings. I've spent about 1 year making and giving out rings to both hone my techniques and test the overall durability. Stainless steel and ceramic rings have a very high durability. I have tested wood rings by dropping them on concrete from at least 4 feet onto concrete resulting in very little to no damage (click here to see the TikTok video). However I have seen some damage to wood rings. Please read the following recommendations on caring for your ring:
Avoid prolonged exposure to water. Washing your hands should have no impact but showering or swimming may penetrate the protective barrier
Avoid wearing next to metal rings. This will rub through the protective coating and possibly cause damage to the wood.
Do not wear during physical labor. Just as metal rings worn next to a wood ring will wear through the protective layer, working with tools will do the same thing.
Do not slam your hand on tables or punch things. It's way better to relax anyway!
While happiness is not always a guarantee in life, we guarantee your happiness with our products. Before final payment is requested, you will receive pictures or video of your item to make sure you get what you want. Please keep in mind that wood patterns and colors as well as epoxy colors may vary slightly from photos. If you change your mind, you are under no obligation to complete the purchase but you will not be issued your non-refundable commissioning fee as each ring is made in the specific size and colors for each order. The commissioning fee basically covers material and wear and tear on equipment. If your ring doesn't fit, a 1 time replacement or resizing will be offered at no charge.
All products carry a 1 year warranty. The following exclusions may apply.
Impact or Accidental Damage:

Damage from a pet chewing on the ring.
Exposure to Harsh Chemicals/Conditions:
Damage from prolonged exposure to water (especially without a metal liner), such as swimming, bathing, or washing dishes frequently while wearing it.
Damage from harsh chemicals like acetone (nail polish remover), chlorine, bleach, strong cleaning agents, or certain hand sanitizers/lotions.
Damage due to extreme or abnormal environmental conditions (e.g., prolonged exposure to excessive heat or cold, or rapid temperature changes)Neglect or Lack of Maintenance:
Further damage that occurs because the wearer did not address a small chip or scratch immediately, allowing it to worsen over time.
Failure to follow the manufacturer's specific care instructions
Alterations and Third-Party Repairs:
Damage caused by attempted repairs, resizing, or alterations made by a jeweler other than the original maker.
Modifications to the ring's original design or structure.
Normal Wear and Tear:
Minor scratches, dings, or scuffs to the wood or protective finish that are typical from daily use.
Fading, discoloration, or patina of the wood, metal, or inlays over a long period (wood naturally changes color over time).
Loss or Theft:
The ring being lost or stolen. (Insurance is generally recommended for this).
Sizing Changes (often limited or excluded):
The ring no longer fitting due to weight loss or gain or natural changes in hand/finger size. (Some makers offer resizing for a fee, but it's typically not a free warranty repair).
